	Mark Mark Mullen is the Practice Administrator for Carolina Children’s Dentistry. A native of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Mark earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Indiana University and later a Master of Health Services Administration Degree from the University of Michigan. After serving more than 20 years as a health care administrator in the US Air Force, Mark retired from the armed forces and moved to the Midlands to join the Carolina Children’s Dentistry team. He is married and has three wonderful daughters.
Columbia Office Staff Alissa & Olivia, Dental Hygienists in Columbia
	Linda Linda is our Business Office Supervisor and would be delighted to assist you with any insurance or billing questions you may have. She came to us from Florida and currently resides in Camden with her husband. Linda loves all sorts of outdoor activities.
	Candice Candice is our Operative Supervisor and OR Coordinator and has been with us for over four years. She has been a certified dental assistant since 2001 and loves working with kids. Candice lives with her husband, Pedro, son, Joel, and daughter, Mayra, and loves spending time with her family.
	Stephanie Stephanie is a certified dental assistant and is our Hygiene Department Supervisor. She has been with us since the very beginning of Carolina Children's Dentistry of Columbia over nine years ago. She has privileges at Richland Memorial and Palmetto Surgery Center, where she assists with dental surgeries in the operating room. Stephanie has a cat "GOGO," who is her world, and she loves to travel and spend time with her family.
	Dotty Dotty is our scheduling and financial coordinator and has been with us since the very beginning of Carolina Children's Dentistry of Columbia over nine years ago. She loves spending time with her husband, Tom, daughter Chelsy and son Derek. On the weekends she enjoys watching her son's baseball games, going shopping with her daughter, and fishing and boating with her family.
	Alissa Alissa graduated from Midlands Technical College with a dental hygiene degree and joined our team about a year ago. She has a passion for childrens dentistry and treating patients in a fun and relaxing way. Her goal is for each child to have a positive experience while at Carolina Children's Dentistry. When Alissa is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and four dogs.
	Olivia Olivia is one of the newer members of our team! She has been a practicing dental hygienist over four years and has been with Carolina Children's Dentistry since early 2009. Olivia loves to cook, scrapbook, travel, and enjoys spending time with her friends, family and husband, Daniel.
	Erica Erica has been a dental assistant here at Carolina Children's Dentistry for three years. She takes radiographs for all our patients. She loves working with the children and helping them understand the importance of taking care of their teeth. She looks forward to meeting you and your child!
	Brook Brook has been with Carolina Children's Dentistry for two years and currently works in the Hygiene Department. Brook is young at heart and loves interacting with all the children. During her time off, Brook values spending time with her family and going to the beach.
	Donna Donna has been in the dental profession for over 21 years and has been a dental assistant in our Operative Department for six years. Donna is also on staff at Palmmetto Surgery Center and Palmetto Richland Memorial, where she assists with dental surgeries. She lives with her husband, Scott, and daughter, Savannah, and enjoys spending time with her family.
	Kristy Kristy came to us from Delaware and has been in the dental field over 17 years. She joined Carolina Children's Dentistry in 2007 and is a member of our Business Office team. Kristy enjoys spending time with her family and "goin fishin."
	Angela Angela is a fun loving person who enjoys meeting new people. She has been in the medical field for over 16 years, but is now experiencing dental for the first time and enjoys working at Carolina Children’s Dentistry. She also enjoys working out, spending time with family and her dogs!
	Jessica Jessica has been with the Carolina Children's Dentistry business office team since July 2008. She loves music, watching movies, and spending time with her family. She claims that, "Although I don't have any kids yet, I do have two dogs and one cat, and they are like my "little boys." You will see Jessica at reception, where she loves to meet and greet all the new faces!
	Lucy Lucy has been a dental assistant with Carolina Children's Dentistry for over three years. Lucy assists the doctors in the Operative Dept and is also on staff at Palmetto Surgery Center and Palmetto Richland Memorial, where she assists with dental surgeries. She is the mother of four wonderful kids and loves working with children to make their dental experience lots of fun!
	Brittany Brittany is a dental assistant in our Hygiene Department and has been with us for over four years. Brittany graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2008. She loves shopping, working with children, and cheering on the Carolina Gamecocks! She states, "I enjoy working at Carolina Children's Dentistry, because I get to help brighten our community one healthy smile at a time!"
