	Mark Mark Mullen is the Practice Administrator for Carolina Children’s Dentistry. A native of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Mark earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Indiana University and later a Master of Health Services Administration Degree from the University of Michigan. After serving more than 20 years as a health care administrator in the US Air Force, Mark retired from the armed forces and moved to the Midlands to join the Carolina Children’s Dentistry team. He is married and has three wonderful daughters.
Columbia Office Staff Alissa & Olivia, Dental Hygienists in Columbia
	Candice Candice is our OR Coordinator and also assists patients in our Business Office. She has been with us for over six years. She has been a certified dental assistant since 2001 and loves working with kids. Candice lives with her husband, Pedro, son, Joel, and daughter, Mayra, and loves spending time with her family.
	Stephanie Stephanie is a certified dental assistant and is our Hygiene Department Supervisor. She has been with us since the very beginning of Carolina Children's Dentistry of Columbia over ten years ago. She has privileges at Richland Memorial and Palmetto Surgery Center, where she assists with dental surgeries in the operating room. Stephanie has a cat "GOGO," who is her world, and she loves to travel and spend time with her family.
	Dotty Dotty is our Business Office Supervisor and has been with us since the very beginning of Carolina Children's Dentistry of Columbia over ten years ago. She loves spending time with her husband, Tom, daughter Chelsy and son Derek. On the weekends she enjoys watching her son's baseball games, going shopping with her daughter, and fishing and boating with her family.
	Alissa Alissa graduated from Midlands Technical College with a Dental Hygiene Degree and joined our team over three years ago. She has a passion for childrens dentistry and treating patients in a fun and relaxing way. Her goal is for each child to have a positive experience while at Carolina Children's Dentistry. When Alissa is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and four dogs.
	Olivia Olivia joined our team over two years ago! She has been a practicing Dental Hygienist over six years and has been with Carolina Children's Dentistry since early 2009. Olivia loves to cook, scrapbook, travel, and enjoys spending time with her friends, family and husband, Daniel.
	Erica Erica has been a dental assistant here at Carolina Children's Dentistry for five years. She takes radiographs for all our patients. She loves working with the children and helping them understand the importance of taking care of their teeth. She looks forward to meeting you and your child!
	Donna Donna has been in the dental profession for over 23 years and has been a dental assistant in our Operative Department for eight years. Donna is also on staff at Palmmetto Surgery Center and Palmetto Richland Memorial, where she assists with dental surgeries. She lives with her husband, Scott, and daughter, Savannah, and enjoys spending time with her family.
	Kristy Kristy came to us from Delaware and has been in the dental field over 19 years. She joined Carolina Children's Dentistry in 2007 and is a member of our Business Office team. Kristy enjoys spending time with her family and "goin fishin."
	Brittany Brittany works in our Business Office and handles all billing matters. She has been with us for over six years. Brittany graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2008. She loves shopping, working with children, and cheering on the Carolina Gamecocks! She states, "I enjoy working at Carolina Children's Dentistry, because I get to help brighten our community one healthy smile at a time!"
	Miranda Miranda joined our team almost two years ago and works in our Operative Department. She also assists our doctors in the operating room at Palmetto Health Richland. Miranda became a certified dental assistant after completing training at Myers Park School of Dental Assisting in 2008. She enjoys spending quality time with family, friends and her little boy, Jayden. Miranda says, " I love working with children--they brighten my day!"
