Our Staff

Carolina Children’s Dentistry has four doctors, four dental hygienists, 35 dental assistants and a practice administrator that together staff two locations in Columbia and Sumter. Our staff receives continuing dental education and all other required training on a regular basis. We pride ourselves on keeping our staff up to date and current. You can feel confident that our staff is equipped with the best skills and knowledge to best serve our patients.

Mr. Mark Mullen

Mark Mullen is the Practice Administrator for Carolina Children’s Dentistry. A native of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Mark earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Indiana University and later a Master of Health Services Administration Degree from the University of Michigan. After serving more than 20 years as a health care administrator in the US Air Force, Mark retired from the armed forces and moved to the Midlands to join the Carolina Children’s Dentistry team. He is married and has three wonderful daughters.
